Hi,

 

I have a app on my S20 Ultra that when I open it, it comes up with a message saying, "Found a different launcherapp; please make sure there is only one app installed. Click OK to exit"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled various times and it always comes up with the same message. I have tried the App on other phones and it works correctly. What does this message mean?

that is weird I'm sorry to say that's baffled me and I don't have an answer, have you spoke to samsung

Read the reviews on Play Store, it barely works on any device. I think you got lucky when it previously worked.

Hi,

I have it on my work Crapple and my partners S10 and it works everytime! it just won't work on my ultra. I don't want to be taking my work phone with me when I am not working.

I wonder if using a different launcher may work? There may be an issue with One UI.

Install a launcher like Nova and then try to install the app. If it loads you could see if the app works with One UI.
