app connection loss

Please can any one explain why my app connection keeps dropping out when using radio/music apps. E.g. listening to BBC radio? Thank you

@alanne: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of your phone? Do you get any error messages when the issue occurs?

Thank you for your interest, it's an A5, no error messages it just goes to pause i then brimng up the app and press play then all's well for 20mins or so. I have cancelled the timer function. Thank you
