Hi, it happens sometimes just close it & open it after a few seconds & you're good to go.
I've noticed this from last year.

For those having problems with Samsung Members have you tried clearing the cache via Apps-Samsung Members- Storage?   Are you on the latest version, can you check for updates?  I am on version 4.1.00.13
