Animating App Icons

I just had a thought today. It was like an epiphany.

I just wondered if Samsung has ever considered animating app icons.

I think this could be a game-changer for mobile apps and their functionality.

If you want animating app icon then you have to use Good Look

I did download Good Lock after it was first mentioned in this thread, and yes, I think it would be a good place to introduce app icon animation into the Samsung mobile galaxy.
I've tried Good Lock, but the functionality is limited on my galaxy phone. To animate the keys of the keyboard, I have to toggle developer options, which I can't find, yay...
As for app icon animation, Samsung could develop the following animations, constant rotation, like a globe (when the screen is on, tumbling box, gently bouncing on the spot, to name a few ideas
