Allow Bixby to work with YT Music

Currently you can request Bixby to open YT Music however asking to play a song pushes the user to use Spotify, which isn't giving the user choice.

Following this up on behalf of KholaI, as we've received an update from our Research and Development Team on it.

The developers have advised they're unable to add YT Music as another provider in the music category due to the complexity of current partnership agreements. I.e. it's more of a contractual thing than a technical thing.

@srs0591 @AntS   Realise this will be a bit frustrating however seems contractual arrangements are a bit of a minefield.
