I found a major issue with Samsung’s AI Translator on my Galaxy S23. In a WhatsApp group chat, someone wrote “Nein” (which means “No” in German), but the translator changed it to something completely different and alarming—something about an Al-Qaeda attack.
This is obviously a huge problem. If the AI translator is generating completely incorrect and even dangerous translations, that’s a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
Has anyone else noticed translation errors like this? Also, where can I report this to Samsung so they can fix it?

We're completely shocked by this strange and inappropriate occurence with this certain AI feature. I'd like to assure you that this has been raised with urgency, and this is currently being looked into. We'd like to apologise for any offence that may have been caused by this, as I can understand that this is certainly alarming.
