When I upgraded my phone from another supplier my Samsung account was set up with a number that is no longer working and i can't get 2 step verification to work as the code goes to a non-working number? I've tried to set up a new account with a different email etc, but can't add or remove the old Samsung account from my new phone as I need to sign in to complete action. How can I get the old defunct number changed to the new working number to enable receipt of verification codes and log into my Samsung account? any help gratefully received.
