Hello, I had an account registered on michal_banszel@wp.pl e-mail and recently, after downloading Samsung Members on my Note10+ I registered another account - michal.banszel@gmail.com. After that I realized I lost access to my previous account michal_banszel@wp.pl and nothing works - I tried to restore the password, but there comes a message that no such account was found. Despite that, I still recieve e-mail notifications of subsribed topics on this forum.

 

How can I restore my second account? Eventually, can I split these two?

I already tried that, but they replied that this is a Samsung Community matter, and I should contact technical experts from Samsung Electronics. Whatever that means... :face-with-rolling-eyes:

Just to clarify, are you refering to the account you've set up here on Samsung Community, or to your Samsung account on your phone, @mike1986krk?
