A50 Google 'time out' not connecting

Hi, I have a Samsung a50 which when using data won't fully acces Google searches.  I can open Google, put in a search but then when I try to open a web site it constantly states 'time out error', try checking connection'.  I can only access searches when on WiFi.

All other apps seem to work, and I do have Internet access/ phone signal- anyone any ideas of what I need to do? Please

Hi @Marmijam. Which Android version are you currently running please? You can find this in Settings > About Phone > Software Information.

UI version 3.1, android version 11. If I click on any links in emails, these also don't work states chrome error can't open web page. Thank you

Does the same happen if you use the stock internet browser too? Please try your phone in Safe Mode too. If it's fine during this, it indicates a third party app may be causing the issue. To do this, restart your phone but whilst it's powering up, keep the 'Volume Down' button held until you reach the home screen. If done correctly, Safe Mode will be displayed in the bottom left corner.

Happens on Samsung set Google app. Deleted cache, data etc still not working. Tried safe mode still not working. Appears to have happened since Samsung did the last update,
