A41 no screenshot

I have a A41 that won't allow a screenshot to be taken. I have tried everything. Any ideas?

did you try power and volume down buttons together

also swipe across the screen with the edge of your hand from one side to the other..

yes tried everything. no luck.

I think it may be a software issue. going to have to contact Samsung helpline.
