I don't get it!!!

Every time after a major update like recently update of One UI

All my data in Secure folder is wiped!!!

All of my data and backup is on

Everything is on but all of my info is wiped.

It's not a first time and this is second time that I lose my info!

Iknow i had pictures of my grandma last good ones i purposely put them in there so i wouldn't get it erased by accident or something else like me nephew ramingen through my phone like its the last thing to save the whole damned world. I was broken not even my first real love hurt me that much *****

Thank you for your post about this. We can understand that you don't expect that to happen. We recommend to submit an error report about the thought the Samsung members-app. My colleagues of the R&D department can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible. Feel free to let us know if submitting the report was successful.
