S pen not connecting with note 10 plus

Hi everyone 

I have 2 note 10 plus but since 1 month my S pen cannot connecting with the phones

Pull the notification menu down and find and hold S-Pen air actions. 

You'll get the s-pen menu. press the three buttons on the upper right and choose Reset S-pen (while the pen is in the phone)

I'm having the same problem and I have reset the S pen as @Mootjee mentioned and this hasn't resolved my problem.

Do you have any other solutions?

Is this a new S-Pen for your Note 10?

I'm using the original S pen that came with the note 10 plus.

When I press the button on the S pen (with the pen pointed to the phone screen) it activates the S pen menu.

Bluetooth functionality in apps is unresponsive.

Hi @AngeloRA, good afternoon.

Does the S-Pen work if your phone is started in the Safe Mode?

If you go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, al the settings of any network will be reset. This also means you have to re install your Wi-FI
