Hello,
Since release of the S25 Ultra there is one game in particular that doesn't work anymore. Starting MS Solitaire Collection all I see is a black screen.
I tried several things to fix/test it, but nothing seems to work.
Things I tried is clearing cache and data and reinstall the application. Also tried all kinds of possible Samsung Gamebooster configurations (like fps or processor power) nothing works.
I send out a request for help to Microsoft, but the respons I got was that it is Samsungs problem. They didn't had the proper Android features installed and that Samsung needs to fix this.
So anyone within Samsung can be of help here and address this issue?
I read in another post that there is a large fix underway, is there already a date for that?

Hallo Members_EWh8gsC,
Thank you for reporting this. It is logicall that you expect that your games also works on the S25. I will help you further. If emptying the cache memory doesn't help and also not a restart we recommand to submit in an error report, via the Samsung Members-app to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as ,possible. Can you keep us up-to-date?

Yes. I have the same issue on my S25. (not ultra)
