Hallo @vplo,
Thank you for your message. Is everything up-to-date and have you also tried resetting the networksettings? You can try this instead of a factory reset.
Have you also tried deleting the cache memory through the recovery menu? If not, turn of your phone, press and hold the Volume Up, Power, and Home/Bixby buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Let us know it it worked.
With kind regards,
Ajay

Thank you for your response vplo,
If you don't have a Home button it is just the Power and Volume up button.
To see if this can be resolved, we also have the option to look with you remotely. You can then make an appointment for a Remote Assistance session, one of my colleagues will then call you back and look with you remotely. My colleague can also make an adjustment or change where necessary. Look here for more information: https://bit.ly/2OhhbuU
With kind regards,
Ajay
