If an incident would happen and your phone was to break, it can be reassuring to get help fixing it from someone who knows what they're doing (Sweden only).

Our Samsung technicians are just that - experts on fixing our products. Not only will you rest assured that your phone is in safe hands, you will also be charged a fair price for the service. Through Samsung Your Service, you as a customer can buy an authorized repair for the most common damages such as a broken screen or a new battery.*

*Not valid on A6, A6+, A7 (2018), A9(2018)

How does it work?

  1. Go to Your Service to book your repair
  2. Prepare your device for repair, and leave it at the closest post office
  3. Your phone is inspected by a Samsung technician, price is set and you can pay super easily by Klarna
  4. Your phone gets repaired with authorized Samsung parts and will then be sent back to you
