Anyone here got any updates for their orders of the S21 Ultra "Exclusive colors" yet?
UK started getting theirs delivered yesterday (Feb 4th) according to posts in their corner of this community forum. They started getting updates of their orders in the beginning of the week (i.e. "customization finished" and "preparing dispatch").
I ordered from Sweden at 17 o'clock on the 14th of january. My last sign of life was an email saying it is "Customizing" that came 11 days ago (jan 26th).
How come Swedens orders are treated differently? Why don't we have proper updates and statuses? The email said "Customizing" but my order page still says "Ordered".
Just now Swedish Samsung support just plainly said "We have no information".
Placed my order of s21 Ultra Brown on the 14th of Jan, got a mail that informed that my device was "Customizing" on the 27th of Jan. And after that ...no info what so ever.
Well this community is about as useful as a tennis racket with no strings. I've done my own research around the status of these "Exclusive colors" for S21 Ultra, parsing information found in other more structured and trafficked forums. This quote summarizes what I've found pretty well:
"They should start shipping from Feb 8 to 12 (earliest) or Feb 15 to 19 (deadline)"
I would advise others here who are looking for useful information about their phones to find other venues. In Sweden I recommend Swedroids forum. In general the subreddits r/Samsung, r/Galaxys21 and r/s21ultra have some useful info as well.
I would advise Samsung to rebuild this terrible forum and listen to a reputable team of UX specialists to make it usable for human beings.
Hi @RAGE77 😊 As I have already helped you with your order, checked the status and given you an update to ensure that everything is looking normal, I am unsure of what else you want me to do.
As explained when placing the order, you should expect 4-6 weeks (after release date) for the custom colours to be delivered. To get updates on your specific order, you can keep checking your order status to know when it has been shipped.
This is the info that I have for now, and that I have already given you. If there is anything else I can do or any other questions I can help with, please let me know.
Ps. Any constructive feedback on how to improve the community and its interface/UX is highly welcome as we always want to make it better.
So you are telling me, that if I preorder an exclusive color somewhere between 14-16th of january like most people did, i have to wait 1 and a half month from RELEASE DATE and not the day I ordered it?

Welp, now the phone sits somewhere being "packaged". For about a week now.
Support says their storage facility is under pressure.
Really says something about this incompetence when someone near here ordered the same exact phone and color two weeks after me and another bunch and got it a week before us. *slow clap*
