Optimal fresh+ zone not working properly

Hi all,

I got a new fridge, the RB34C605CB1/EF to be precise. I have had it on long enough for the temperature to be set properly, but I now have the issue that the optimal fresh+ zone is not working as it should. It should be either at 0c or at 3c, but no matter what I try it's the same temperature as the rest of the fridge. Does anyone know what I could try? 

I am checking the temperature with both an analog thermometer, and an electronic (so I can check the temperature while the door is closed) one, so the readings are acurate.

I have the fridge set at 5c, and the temperature reading I get from the optimal fresh+ drawer is either around 5c when I have it on single temperature (even though that should be at 3c), or around 4c when I have it on dual temperature (which is when the left part should be 0c)

Did you follow the below instruction for meusering the temperature?

Place the thermometer in a glass of water, and then place the glass as close to the middle of the compartment as you can. 

Note: To check the temperature of the freezer compartment, place a thermometer between some frozen food packages. Do not put the thermometer in a glass of water, as the glass may shatter from the cold.

It can take up to eight hours to get an accurate reading if the doors are not opened.
