WW90T684DLH not autodosing

I've had a WW90T684DLH for 2 weeks now and the detergent is barely going down. It's gone down about 0.5cm from the max line since it was filled. However, every time I turn the machine on, it says that the detergent is low. I'm using super concentrated liquid detergent, is it too thick? Have I been washing my clothes with no detergent?

Thanks @ChrisM that's much more detailed than the manual that came with the machine. There's nothing here about the thickness of the liquid! I've watered it down a little and will have to switch once it's all used.
