WW90J5456FX/EU - Strange Clicking Noise during cycle

Hi,

My Samsung washing machine has started making a strange clicking noise during the cycle.  I haven't been able to work out exactly what the machine is doing - it's definitely not filling, maybe draining.  I've attached a video below.  Any idea what the issue may be?  The machine is less than 6 months old and I'm worried it may be a early sign of failure.  The noises only started within the last few weeks so I know it's not normal.

Any help would be much appreciated.

that sounds like something has got trapped between the drum & outer drum casing mate. could you open the door & empty the machine, then spin the drum by hand inside and tell me if you hear anything please.

Faulty pump. The pump reverses for ecobubble. The loud rattling noise is your pump, it is intermittently sticking.
