WW9000 washing machine - auto dispenser not working

Hi 

The auto dispenser drawer for detergent and fabric conditioner on my Samsung WW9000 washing machine no longer works. The detergent is just leaking out of the dispenser into the bottom of the machine but not being taken up during the wash cycle.

Can anyone suggest a fix please?

Hi @helen3, I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue with your washing machine. Please follow this link and select: Home Appliance (start) > Laundry > Other issues > Detergent drawer > Follow the instructions to troubleshoot the issue. If the issue is still there, please contact the Home Appliances team because a repair might be needed: 0333 000 0333.

The WW9000 doesn't have a standard detergent drawer. It differs from other models in that it has a cartridge at the bottom of the machine that auto dispenses detergent so this advice isn't applicable unfortunately.
