WW80TA046AE Issues

I purchased this machine in November had so many things I’ve not experienced with other machines firstly everything’s caught in the rim bought the bags for socks etc, limescale tablets get caught in it we are very hard water area so need to use, have to use limescale liquid now. Fabric conditioner goes in straight away when wash starts, the drawer and jets are cleaned I have to start the machine and wait for rinse cycle to start to add conditioner, fine when I’m in not if it’s on delay end which is rubbish as clothes then aren’t out soft. And the Cotton wash cycle, starts and does the weigh thing says 1 hour 23 it’s half a load if that, and then 40 mins later changes to 3 hours left how can it take 3 hours 40 mins for barely a 4 kg wash it’s a joke

Hello, mine also does the same, conditioner goes away very fast, when you add detergent and conditioner.. just goes away.

Also had the same issue with 1:30 hours and after few min.. 3:20.

Hope samsung will answer to our issue and tell us what is broken and how can we fix it.
