Greetings,

after using our w/machine a few times I've noticed the washing capsule /pods you place inside the drum do not  dissolve properly this also apply to Calgon tablets which we must use due to very hard water, any sugg or ideas would be a god send

If there's nothing wrong with the tablet itself, then perhaps use a hotter wash.

Thank you for your reply but I do a 40 degree wash and they always dissolved in my indesit washing machine at the same temperature.

Does this happen during all the cycles? Keep in mind that if you are running a short wash cycle with cold water and a powder detergent, some of the powder might not completely dissolve during the wash cycle. Reduce the amount of powder if washing a small load at a low temperature to ensure the detergent dispels in the water.

I'm using pods not powder and the pods go in the drum. But thank you for  taking the time to help
