WW80M645OPM Washing machine making grinding noise

We have a 2 1/2 year old WW80M645OPM washing machine and it’s started making a grinding noise, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @K2. Have you recently moved your washing machine? Are you able to turn the drum by hand smoothly?

Hi, no not moved it. The drum turns

but makes a noise, hopefully you can hear/ see this video?
