My machine (7 months old) started making a grinding noise on the spin a couple of weeks ago. I reported it and an engineer came out this week to repair it. He replaced the motor and re-calibrated it. The noise is still there but now the machine won’t go past 9 minutes at the end of a cycle. I’ve turned it off and back on a couple of times, re-calibrated, tried to do a spin cycle 4 times, and still nothing. It just sticks at 9 minutes. The stuff is soaking wet so it’s not draining. Any advice? I’m trying to finish a load before a trip so I can’t book the engineer until we are coming back as they only book appointments up to 7 days in advance.
