WW10T684DLH Auto Dispense States its Low

Hi, I recently bought this washing machine and have noticed that both the detergent and softener come up with an alert stating that the auto dispense draw is low.  This is despite me just topping them up and them clearly being full.  I have to click the button to bypass the warning but get the same message if I turn the machine off and on again.  Could there be an issue with a sensor?  Or is there a way to reset things?  I've pulled the drawer out fully and taken a look but can't see any obvious blockages.  The auto dose settings in the app are also all switched on.  Any ideas?

Thanks for getting back to me.  I did a wash and it now seems to have gone, however I spoke to someone on Chat Support who suggested holding a few buttons down for a few seconds to reset the sensors so maybe that was it.

Reading the information in Step 3 of the link you provided was quite useful.  I'll pop back on here again if any more issues but fingers crossed it was a simple one.
