Home AppliancesI have had a WW10M86DQOO since Feb 2019
It developed a fault in Oct 2019, where it no longer took in the soft rinse from the automatic drawer
3 engineer visits later it was repaired
The same fault developed in Oct 2020
6 engineer visits and 6 weeks later and it is still not fixed, despite each time the engineer leaving and saying it is.
I don't know what else to do.
There seems to be no formal complaints process. I spent 50 minutes getting through to customer services yesterday, who told me to email the CEO via the link online. That link does not work!
Any ideas of how I can get this resolved?!

Home AppliancesI have had a similar experience. My auto dispense system has never worked despite mutiple engineer visits. Im currently waiting for the complaints department to get back to me. I have been chasing them for weeks and still no response. I dread to think how many hours of my life i've wasted on the phone, email, chat. Just awful customer service!
