Hi!
I've recently bought a Jet Bot 80+, your new robot vacuum. It has a roller and a brush that it uses to clean. Most robot vacuums that I know of need to have these parts replaced semi-regularly because they get worn out. I have looked through your website and the ONLY accessories I can find for the Jet Bot are these HEPA-filters and dust bags:

I have been in contact with your support multiple times trying to find out where I can buy these parts but have been unable to get an answer.
