WF22H63 Washer Freezes at 9 minute

When the washer gets to 9 minutes, the pump turns on for a few seconds, stops, starts again.

The light stops blinking and the cycle freezes.

What I have tried:

Manually drained the tub. No luck

Changed the spin speed. No luck

Verified the lock mechanism (something I learned on an old Maytag). No luck

Turned the drum manually just to verify a dead spot on the motor did'nt exist.

 Any suggestions?

is the washer overfilled or is the load too heavy?

Is it a spin issue try doing a spin only and try if no luck video and post because it happened to my Q Drive from a year ago
