Hi
Our washer dryer WD90J6410AW/EU was making a noise, when drying. The engineer came and said it was the Scroll Duct Fan.
A new scroll duct was fitted and new we have a lot of steam venting from the detergent tray too the point where condentation is building up around the tray which is causing water to run down the front of the machine.
I can here the scroll duct fan working. And its a new scroll duct.
It was fine before the scroll duct was changed.
Can you tell me what function the scroll duct is for, does it blow in warm air or remove steam.
I assume this buid up is not normal. Any thoughts on waht could now be wrong.
The machine is approc 15 months old.
Regards Dave

Hey @Dave_Taylor
We've passed this onto our Product Specialists to get some clear info on this one.
In the meantime, it would be a good idea to get in touch with our Tech Team here. They'll run through troubleshooting steps, and if required, arrange an inspection.
