WD80TA046BE - Dryer (of a washer/dryer) not working

My dryer has stopped working (washer works fine). The clothes come out wetter than when they went in and hot.

Cleaned the filter (was already pretty clean).

Performed a drum clean.

Still the same issue.

Any ideas? Can't understand why it's wetter than the start.

Thanks but this link looks related to tumble dryers. Mine is a washer dryer. I don't have access to heat exchanger for example.

Sorry about that, @buckbuck . 

If the dryer is overloaded, it may not dry the clothes properly.

Check your dryer's user guide to find out the maximum load weight.

It's also important to make sure that there is enough room in the drum for the clothes to move freely so that they can dry.

Has the dryer been overloaded?
