I have an ecobubble washing machine WW80J5555FX. I load the laundry, put in the liquid soap in a dosing ball at the back of the drum, close the door, put fabric softner into the blue middle tray - select which program I want and click start.
This is per the manual. Now if I open the drawer during the wash cycle I find that my fabric softner has gone!
Surely this should only be dispensed during the rinse cycle and not the wash cycle?
Do I have a software problem? The drawer is not damaged and all internal components are inserted correctly.
Any answers are appreciated.
