Water at bottom of Samsung RFG23UERS Fridge

• Hi I have a Samsung fridge freezer model RFG23UERS. It constantly has water at the bottom. Someone suggested cleaning the defrost drain hole. Can you recommend this and where exactly is it on this model? Thanks

Hi, @Cgrant . As water is forming at the bottom of your fridge freezer,  then this could be due to an overflow of the drain tray. I recommend consulting the guides below:
