The fuse of the washing machine melted into plug, causing my socket on the wall to crack and go black.
after 2 weeks an engineer came out and fixed the washing machine but condemned the socket on the wall and told me not to use it.
I rang up Samsung to be told I have to get an electrician out to fix the socket all at MY EXPENSE as they won’t cover the damage. I asked to speak with a manager so was put on hold for another 30 minutes so altogether 57 minutes to be cut off. I am not happy
