Washing Machine ww8 has no lights on the display but we get a delayed tune played when we press the on/off button - help!!

We have a add door to the machine and I pressed pause added another item but then the washer wouldn't reset.

We switched it off, unloaded and drained the washer. Switched off the machine and tried to reset it but

Are you still having a problem with your Washing Machine? If so, could we please take the full model code from the label on the inside of the door?
