@Sirat I am sorry to hear this. Can you confirm the model number of your washing machine? This is located on the inside of the machine. Also, could you possibly provide a photo of this? I can then see what it is you are seeing.

It is absolutely normal - it means its 'weighing' the contents in the drum and will adjust the water and wash time to the optimal working conditions! It is not a fault at all!
