I just purchased a Samsung washing machine and it has wrecked my floor. It’s moving all over the place and vibrating and really noisy. I tried levelling the feet out and it still does it. So I took the feet off and it still does it.
That's not what we like to hear, @La211. Could we take the full model code of your Washing Machine, which you can find on a label on the inside of the door? Also, when and where did you buy the Washing Machine?

I have same problem with my one. The engineer that came to see it says that the machine pass the Samsung test wowww… will return asap and want full compensation
