My 2 week old machine is pausing mis cycle, this can be random but i cannot even run a calibration cycle without the machine pausing. annoying thing is, you cannot do what the machine says and hold the play pause button to restart because the machine locks the screen out. I have to shut down the machine and turn it back on. The pump and motor are working perfectly fine. This is around the 10th time it has done it. Is there a simple solution, i spent over £700 on this machine and if I have bought a lemon, i want my money back.
