Washing Machine not working

Hello, our eco bubble 7kg washing machine is stuck, it turns on fine but when we try and run a programme the top left symbol just flashes and nothing happens. Does anyone know what this means please?

happy to get this sorted together! Can you please confirm the washing machine full model and check if the water supply is connected firmly?

The model can be found inside the door's appliance on a white sticker.

Hi Teresa, the model number is WF70F5EDWX4. Water supply is connected. It turns on, runs for about 2 mins and then stops and doesn’t progress any further on any programme. I’ve run a calibration and also drained it, cleaned the filter and tried again. Thanks.
