We have a Samsung Ecobubble wf80f5e2w4x that's just over 5 years old.
None of the cycles now start, they can be selected and start the fill but after a minute of filling return to the start time and the cycle doesn't progress any further.
The spin cycle, drains the water for a minute and then returns to the start time also.
There is no movement of the drum at all during any of this first minute of activity.
Yes, same issue here for me - the drum doesn't turn. Not in any program nor in calibration mode. ? Any suggestions?
Yes, I have the same issue to. I managed to resolve a couple of times by turning the machine off to unlock the door, manually turning the drum a few times and then re-selecting a programme (either the same or an alternate programme). However this has stopped working now as well! Any advice greatfuly recieved. The machine is at least 4 years old I guess, no idea if I completed any warrenty docs...which probably means I didn't!!
