Washing machine noisy

The noise is like in attached movie. The noise somtimes is short but now it was very long. Washing machine is 12month old so it's still on warrianty.

@usermichal: It's difficult to tell from the video, however please can you confirm if any error codes are visible on the display when the issue occurs? It may be the case that the noise is stemming from your debris filter, therefore please try cleaning it by following the steps in the link below, and let me know if this helps.

Hi, no errors show, filter on front washing machine is clean.

How come attached videos are not available in the Members App? Can you ask the developers to remedy that please? The preview thumbnail is there in the list of posts but the video isn't available in the topic itself
