Washing Machine noise

Short story had engineer(From Samsung Sub) out and did not find a fault ,but my problem is still there.

But he said it's to do with load I am putting in.

But the noise is still there on Machine gun noise on a 4kg wash on Program rinse and spin when it reaches full speed. Clothes no Towels in.

The noise seems to be coming from the bottom ,checked the filter nothing there.

Appreciate the help.

Just update this it does it on daily wash with 3kg .

I had the same issue and I found that if you underload or overload the machine it can make these sounds, what spec is your machine, how many KG is it?

Based on the Samsung website it advises you should have a minimum load that fills at least 1/3 of the machine and maximum 3/4 of it

It's a Samsung WW9 J5 6. 9KG

The noise happens with only 2/4.

The noise was not there when we bought it 9 months ago. It's a new noise.

I am in the wrong place Samsung not even reply to this.

Got no where with ringing them .
