Hi all, What's the difference between 5000 and the 6800 series does anyone know? Got about £500 to play with including delivery and recycling my old one

Thanks do you happen to know what's included in the premium installation and delivery for £30?

Just after mine collected/recycled and my new one installed also do they disconnect it or do I have leave it accessible
