Washing machine  model number Wf0806X8N  ECO  BUBBLE

Keep showing error code for will not drain machine  have cleaned all pipes and  replaced pumps

but still showing error code 5E for not draining 

also no spin function  and will also not fill with water

Can hear drain pump running 

Any suggestion what my be still causing  drain code is there sensor  somewhere

Have check the pump pipes and filter and all clear

Fitted drain pump as was noise still same error codes

Also the machine will not spin or fill with water

Oh dear! It does sound as though you'll need an engineer's visit. Have a look at this link for your repair options.
