I have a washer/dryer which is only a year old. I bought the more expensive model, as I thought it might be a better buy.
Also purchased the 5 year parts and labour warranty.
Nothing but problems with it. The kitchen has flooded twice yesterday, and we have cleaned the filter but the tube has disappeared inside, and now the cover has snapped.
As we cannot use it, and when we did a chat with Samsung today, they said they would send out an engineer, but we would have to pay for it as it was MISUSE.
I am very angry as it was Samsung brand, and I have a lot of Samsung products, because I trust the brand.
How can they charge for someone to come out and look at it, and then say it was misused.
