DO NOT BUY IT, DO NOT EVEN THINK TO LOOK AT IT!
Customer service is the worst! They take years to revert for the engineer to come over your place, and worst, their engineer is sub-contractor. There was once, the first ever visit, dude cant even do the spoken language and replace the socket with an unsafe one, this was verified by Samsung official technician later on. Oh my, can you imagine what could have happened?
Already on my 4th technician visit, still same as you, clothes come out fishing wet and even though cleaned the filter etc, i did everything and anything, but still the same. Doors were faulty after awhile and the rubber gasket is as dumb as the creator who created this.
This machine wont last long, DO NOT PURCHASE I REPEAT DO NOT.
And my cousin who got the same machine, her machine DIED within 15 months, Now that is some bull *****, and we utilise the machine only once a week!
OH COME ON SAMSUNG YOU CAN DO BETTER! Wait a minute, you guys dont care about us consumer all you want is money money money!!! And yea, revamp your whole CS team, total bullocks, manager does not even work. Whole day on the mobile phone scrolling soc med that is why cannot even do a call back. Like hello, where is your service level? You need CS training you can call me.
ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE OR ANY WASHING MACHINE RELATED MACHINES from this brand. You will regret spending your hard earned moolahs on a machine that will be dead within months of using!!!
