Washer dryer not drying clothes.

My Samsung washer dryer isn't drying clothes at all. I do a normal wash and dry cycle and the clothes are still dripping wet. After that I did a spin cycle to get rid of some of the excess water, which works, then do a normal dry cycle and the clothes are then wetter than they were before. This has been happening for a few weeks. The appliance heats up like it should but just doesn't dry clothes. it is letting water in on a dry cycle when it shouldn't be I'm assuming. Anyone else had this or know a fix? Model is WD90N6/WD80N6.

Your filter is most likely blocked this is why your clothes are coming out wet after a wash cycle locate your filter plug normally bottom right should be a twist plug or and a pipe make sure you use something to catch the water that comes put and make sure the appliance is turned off

Could be the pipe from under the sink to your washer could be a lot of things best option is to get a engineer out to take a look

We bought the same Sansung washer dryer. We’ve had 5c code on a weekly basis and a ddc code for door issues. The seal leaked from the day we used it.

yesterday we had a dryer issue despite emptying the filter and cleaning 3 times, 1st filter was ok not ridiculously clogged but cleaned and subsequently the other 3 had absolutely nothing to clean out!!

we are now on 4th engineer visit, and I’ve now requested a 5th!!! All that in just over 18 months… I can’t get the machine through a wash and I’ve stopped even trying to use the dryer function… I want a refund, this product can’t even do a basic job, not fit for purpose 😫😤

  • Same problem, I’m on my 5th engineer call out, who forgot to plug in some vital techno bits back in before he left the last time.

  • I can’t even wash clothes let alone dry them! All comes out sopping  wet even after a second spin…

I can’t believe I paid £900 for this! Our £180 Beko gave us no problems over 5 years!!!!!!

Shall we form a joint consumer complaint collectively and maybe we might have a louder voice. I’m tired of not having clean clothes because my washing machine need to have it’s ego stroked on a daily basis 😂😳🙄

Had our Samsung washer dryer since 2018, the single worst investment for any white goods we have ever spent. Dryer is rubbish and had to have the complete wiring loom and the dryer parts changed, now the drum mechanism is broken. Warning to anyone not yet purchased and finds this, they are style over substance and barley do what they should be designed to do when they do work! Samsung not interested. so in for an extra £400 on top of the £900 purchase price!  Model WD80N64500W/EU.
