Washer dryer loud hum

Hi

We have Samsung washer dryer but now the hum is terrible!!

It does this when it’s drying or  doing an air wash. I’ve cleaned out the filter but still it’s too loud.

That might be the pump pumping quietly that happens to me it's just the pump or its redistributing call Samsung or read the Troubleshoot page of the manual
