Washer drum clicking when spinning

Hi all. Washer just been shipped from Aus to UK. Just installed but making this clicking noise when the drum spins, even when turned off. Any ideas?

Hi,
Check the drum that there is nothing in the drum

Check the machine is level

Check door latches

If still making clicking noise it's possible the machine is still faulty
