Last year I bought a Samsung fridge that stopped working last week, I reported this situation to Samsung Portugal and one technician found that is a Gas leak and is not possible to repair the fridge. I reported to Samsung Portugal this situation and they are saying that for purchases online is not possible to change the fridge so the unique solution that they are giving me is the refund. Since that the prices increase they are offering me a discount but the final value is still higher comparing the price that I payed. Since that the problem is not my fault and since that the equipment is under the warranty period is not fair that I should pay more for a new equipment (even applying the discount). I’m sure that those values are not aligned with the Samsung so I’m writing this post in order to understand what I can do to be fair to both sides.
