@Members_AhcD6HT What warranty are you referring to? If this is the extended warranty for 5 years, take a look at this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/
Please check to make sure your washing machine is entitled to this and you will need the relevant details to claim this.
